How it Works
Step 1
Discovery Call
Schedule a discovery call so that we can find out what your needs are and see if our services and your business are a good match.
Step 2
Agreement & Payment
You will sign a service agreement and receive an invoice for your first month of service. (See services we offer and monthly packages.)
Step 6
Communicate
Contact your VA at least once a week to kindly share your feedback and answer questions that your VA may have. Once your VA has mastered your first task, try adding an additional task. Repeat.
Step 4
Kickoff Meeting
We will introduce you to your virtual assistant for an onboarding kickoff meeting. During this meeting, you will give specific instructions on what task needs to be done.
Choose a task that you know how to do and are able to teach. The initial time investment up front will save you hours into the future, so that you can focus on other areas of your business.
Step 5
Time Tracking & Reporting
The virtual assistant will keep track of tasks completed, hours used, and time remaining. You will receive a written weekly report and may schedule additional meetings as needed.
Step 3
Assigning a VA
After we identify your business needs, we will interview and assign a virtual assistant to work with you.
